Refund and Cancellation Policy
Scoliosis Foundation Ghana is committed to improving the lives of individuals living with scoliosis. We work to raise awareness, provide screening and support, assist with treatment and rehabilitation, and offer emotional support and counseling. Our goal is to ensure that individuals affected by scoliosis in Ghana receive the care, understanding, and services they deserve.
1. Scope of Acceptance
Scoliosis Foundation Ghana is committed to improving the lives of individuals living with scoliosis. We work to raise awareness, provide screening and support, assist with treatment and rehabilitation, and offer emotional support and counseling. Our goal is to ensure that individuals affected by scoliosis in Ghana receive the care, understanding, and services they deserve.
2. Donations
All donations made to Scoliosis Foundation Ghana are deeply appreciated and used solely to support our core services: awareness campaigns, screenings, treatment assistance, rehabilitation, and emotional support. Donations are non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases of duplicate transactions or clear errors, refund requests may be submitted in writing within fifteen (15) days of the transaction for consideration.
3. Event Registration / Program Fees
In the case of events or service programs:
- Cancellations 30 days or more prior: 90% refund
- Cancellations 15–29 days prior: 50% refund
- Cancellations under 15 days: No refund
If SFG cancels or reschedules an event or service program, a full refund will be issued or an option to apply the payment to a future event/program will be provided.
4. Payment Security
All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment systems. Scoliosis Foundation Ghana does not retain or store sensitive financial information.
5. Amendments to Policy
Scoliosis Foundation Ghana may revise this policy as needed. All updates will be communicated and published at least thirty (30) days prior to implementation.
